About Elite Roofing Cumbria
Elite Roofing Cumbria Limited is a roofing contractor based in Carlisle, working on pitched and flat roofs across Cumbria and South West Scotland — from single repairs to full reroofs, with drone inspections used where a roof cannot be reached safely or quickly.
Who we are
The company was incorporated on 26 June 2025 as Elite Roofing Cumbria Limited, consolidating the roofing work our team was already carrying out in and around Carlisle under a single registered entity. That matters for customers: one named company, one set of contact details, one place where the guarantee and the paperwork sit.
We are a working roofing firm, not a sales operation. The person who assesses your roof is a roofer, and the assessment is based on what the roof is actually doing rather than on a fixed package.
How we work
Diagnose the cause, not the symptom
A damp patch on a ceiling is rarely directly under the fault. We trace where the water is entering before quoting, so the repair addresses the cause rather than the stain.
Show you the evidence
You get photographs of what we found, taken from the roof or from the air. If we recommend replacing something, you can see why.
Quote in writing, in plain terms
Quotations set out the work, the materials, access arrangements and what is excluded. If a fixed price is not possible because the extent is hidden until the covering comes off, we say so up front rather than issuing a surprise variation later.
Repair where repair is right
If a roof has ten good years left and needs a localised repair, we will tell you that. Recommending a full reroof on a repairable roof is the fastest way to lose a customer for good.
Leave the site as we found it
Waste removed, gutters cleared of debris from our work, ground protected, and a walk-round before we leave.
Reviews you can check
Our work is reviewed publicly by the customers we have carried it out for, so you do not have to take our word for the standard.
We are a Checkatrade member. See our Checkatrade profile and verified reviews
