Standard we work to

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. That target covers colour contrast, keyboard operation, focus visibility, target sizes and clear form labelling.

What that means in practice

• A skip link lets keyboard users jump straight past the navigation to the main content.
• Every page uses one main heading with a logical heading order beneath it.
• All interactive controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
• Form fields have permanent visible labels and plain-language errors.
• Phone numbers and email addresses are real links, so they work with screen readers and mobile dialling.
• Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text.
• Text reflows and stays readable when zoomed to 200 per cent.

Known limitations

Some sections of the site are marked as awaiting information from us — such as contact numbers, photographs of completed work and review details. Those markers are deliberate and will be replaced with real content, not left as gaps.
